If you wish to return perfect goods for a refund, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. In the first instance please email accounts@bristolweavingmill.co.uk to notify us of the return. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, and must be adequately insured for the return journey. You are eligible for a full refund less the outbound and return shipping and packing charges once we have received and inspected the goods. All returned goods must clearly show the original order number and details.

Proof of Posting:
For your own protection, we strongly advise you to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
International returns:
Please mark any returned orders from outside the UK with Returned British Goods and No VAT or Duty; so that taxes are not applied.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
We care deeply about the quality of our goods, and do our very best to make sure all orders leave the studio in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that goods arrive damaged or faulty please inform us immediately as we can only accept returns within 14 days of receipt. We will inspect all returned goods, and will offer you a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if we find them to be defective.
